The reservation of a car via this web application is not binding until payment by the customer of a reservation fee or deposit on the purchase price of the car.

We appreciate your trust and respect your privacy. We want to offer you professional and high quality services, which is why we need to collect some of your personal data. We protect this data from misuse through strict compliance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and information.

In processing personal data, AURES Holdings a.s. acts as the administrator, hereinafter the “Administrator”.

These terms and conditions apply to handling the personal data of the following groups of subjects:

• client’s using the Administrator’s free phone line
• customers who have entered into a contractual relationship with the Administrator
• candidates seeking jobs at the Administrator’s company

Data submitted about registration

As a person interested in buying or selling a car or its appraisal, or as a job candidate, you must enter the following data about registration. If you are an individual, this concerns the following data: 

• name and surname
• full postal address
• telephone number and e-mail address

This information is required to identify you. We primarily use this information to subsequently contact and communicate with you.

By providing this information, you are giving us consent to use your electronic contact for the purposes of disseminating commercial communications (messages) in the sense of Section 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended.

Purpose of storing and processing personal data

We save your personal data for the purpose of entering it into the Administrator’s database with the aim of offering you business and services or for marketing purposes to send out marketing offers by the Administrator’s company and its partner companies. Candidates applying for jobs agree to all personal and sensitive data included in their CV being processed and stored for the purpose of their entry in the Administrator’s database as potential employees and for the provision of further offers of suitable employment.

Term of consent, withdrawal of consent, right of access

Your consent is given for an indefinite time, until its withdrawal. If you decide to withdraw your consent at any time, you only need send your written notification of withdrawal to: AAA AUTO a.s., Dopraváků 874/15, 180 00 Prague 8. As the subject of the provided data, you are entitled to access your personal data. The Administrator is obliged to inform you about personal data processed about you at any time, at your request. As the subject of the provided data, you also have other rights to the extent specified in Section 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
